1 Anslow Woodburners Ltd endeavor to deliver within 10 working days from receipt of your order, although some items may take up to 21 days. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.
2 Delivery will be made by an agent of Anslow Woodburners Ltd between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. With stove orders please ensure that confirmation of delivery days are given to us if required. Once confirmed, please ensure someone is at the delivery address on the nominated day. If our courier is unable to obtain a signature you order will not be left (unless specified) and you may incur and additional charge to redeliver your order.
3 Anslow Woodburners Ltd shall use reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery, but will not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused or any resulting losses incurred due to failure to deliver.
4 All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery and must indicate the condition of goods.
5 Delivery will be made to your door. Placement of your products is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Deliveries of stoves over graveled or uneven drives are not possible; therefore please arrange an alternative delivery location. Please be aware that larger vehicles requiring wider access will be used for stove deliveries to ensure a tail-lift is available for offloading.
6 Orders to Scotland and other Islands will incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to hold orders until these delivery costs are covered. If you have any queries or require quotations please contact us direct through email or telephone.
7 Delivery quotes are strictly valid for 10 days after quotation. A quote reference will be given and will need to be added to order notes when ordering from us.
8 A delivery charge of £70 will be charged on standard stoves, for larger items charges will be agreed on order. On selected stoves delivery is free depending on stove and delivery location.
If goods are delivered damaged or faulty
1 Please examine all goods on delivery in case any damage has occurred in transit. The driver should be notified immediately of any problems and the ticket should be signed accordingly.
2 We cannot guarantee to replace or repair items which have been signed for in good condition or ‘unchecked’ and are later found to be damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3 Anslow Woodburners Ltd will not accept any liability for any Products that have been repaired before we have been given the opportunity to inspect them or to give authority for repair work to be carried out or in cases where non-Company components have been used.
4 All items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
5 If goods have been delivered in a damaged state and we feel the situation cannot be improved by authorising another delivery, we reserve the right to refund you in full for your order and cancel the order.
